Hypnosis has been shown to be an effective aid in the process of weight management in some cases, according to the Journal of Clinical Psychology. Hypnosis can change your perspective regarding certain foods, reactions to stress and even the reasons you may overeat and avoid physical activity.


Your program will consist of an in-depth personality analysis and weight loss assessment.  Then a special hypnosis program will be designed just for you.  Three hypnosis sessions, initial, after 1 week, then after 1 month.  You will learn to use self-hypnosis to achieve your goal.  Sessions may be scheduled by Zoom or Skype for our long-distance clients.
